This is the baby sister of the online course that I am currently creating. That one will take a little bit more time, but this one is here ready for you!

I have asked my readers which topics they wanted to learn more about and I have created this mini-course around these topics. It is always good to get some input, because I am here to help you. So I want to create things that I can be sure of that they will give you what you need.

Everything that I share comes from my training as a mindful eating coach and my own experience as an emotional and binge eater. And as you will read in the workbooks that I will send to you, these urges still come up. But I know how to deal with them in a way that is graceful and works towards a solution rather then create a struggle.
